Turn an Ordinary Clipboard into a Confetti PartyYour to-do list doesn’t have to feel dull. Imagine holding your notes against a blooming spring tree, the confetti reflecting every shade of joy.

This project brings personality to something practical and might just make you smile every time you pick it up.

After all, even small tasks feel lighter when you’re working with a splash of color.

Materials Needed

  • 1 clear acrylic clipboard (9×12 inches)
  • Loose confetti mix (about ½ cup, various colors/shapes)
  • Strong clear adhesive or resin
  • Painter’s tape
  • Craft syringe or small brush

Step-by-step Guide

Step 1: Clean your clipboard thoroughly so no dust or smudges get trapped under the seal.

Step 2: Tape around the edges of the clipboard to create a frame where your resin will sit. Leave the top clip area uncovered.

Step 3: Sprinkle your confetti evenly between the acrylic layers (or across one flat surface if you’re sealing it).

Step 4: Pour or brush a thin layer of resin/clear adhesive to lock the confetti in place. Smooth it out to avoid bubbles.

Step 5: Let it cure fully (usually 24 hours). Once dry, peel off the tape, and your clipboard is ready to shine.

Tip:

Choose a confetti mix that matches your style such as bmetallics for glam, neon for fun, or pastel shades for a soft aesthetic.
