- 1 ball of white yarn or string (about 15-20 ft. per plate)

Step-by-step Guide
Step 1: Punch holes evenly around the edge of the paper plate, spacing them about 1 inch apart.
Step 2: Cut a long piece of yarn and tape one end to the back of the plate to secure it.
