Step 1: Paint the paper plate orange and let it dry. Then cut two triangular sections from the sides.

Step 2: Trace a child’s hand on white paper and cut it out. You now add black eyes and mouths to each finger to turn them into ghosts.

Step 3: Glue the ghost handprint inside the pumpkin plate and finish with a twisted pipe cleaner vine on top.
