Flatten each toilet paper roll gently and mark 1 cm wide strips along its length. Cut out the strips, each roll will give you about 10 petals.
Paint all pieces with gold paint or spray paint and allow them to dry fully. A second coat gives a smoother, more luxurious finish.
Take six strips and glue their sides together to form a flower-like snowflake base. Continue adding layers until you reach your desired fullness.
For extra flair, cut small V-shaped notches at the ends before gluing to create a more detailed snowflake pattern.
Add glitter or small gems at the center, then attach a string or wire loop to the back for hanging.
