Paint each toilet paper roll brown or wrap it with brown paper. Let it dry completely before moving on.
Flatten the top of the roll slightly and fold the top edges inward to form a soft curved shape, this makes the reindeer’s head.
Cut out two antlers from brown paper and glue them to the back of the roll. Then add two small ears beside them for a cute touch.
Cut out a red circle for the nose, white ovals for eyes, and smaller black dots for pupils. Glue them in place and draw a happy smile with a black marker.
Wrap a blue strip of paper around the bottom as a collar and glue a yellow paper circle or real jingle bell at the center.
Punch a small hole at the top and thread a red yarn loop through it for hanging.
