Paint the toilet paper roll black or wrap it neatly with black construction paper. Let it dry completely.
Using a white paint pen, draw vertical pinstripes and a V-shaped lapel at the front to resemble Jack’s suit.
Cut out a round head shape from white cardstock (about 6-7 cm in diameter). Draw large black eyes, two nostrils, and Jack’s stitched smile with a black marker.
Attach the head to the wooden stick or paper straw using glue, then insert it into the top of the roll so it stands upright.
Cut Jack’s iconic bat-shaped collar from black paper and glue it around the upper part of the roll.
