Cut your watercolor paper to fit the front of your card base, leaving a slim border of kraft paper showing around the edges.
Use the fine-liner to draw scattered heart doodles across the front. Keep some large, some tiny, variety adds charm.
Add color by filling each heart with different pink shades. Brush pens give a soft, watercolor-like effect without much effort.
Let the ink dry fully so the outlines stay crisp and don’t smudge.
Write “I” at the top and “You” at the bottom, keeping the lettering simple so the hearts stay the focus.
