Materials

  • White square cardstock card (5x5 in. or similar)
  • Small flat-back pearls or embellishment beads
  • Fine-tip glue applicator
  • Tweezers
  • Black pen or printed sentiment
  • Quilling tool or slotted tool
  • Quilling paper strips (reds, pinks, light blush)

Instructions

  • Fold your cardstock to create a clean, sturdy base. A square shape works nicely for this layout.
  • Roll quilling strips into loose coils, then pinch one side to shape them into tiny hearts. Varying the shades gives the design a softer, more blended look.
  • Arrange the hearts on the card in a large heart pattern, adjusting spacing until everything feels balanced.
  • Glue each heart in place gently, using tweezers to keep the shapes neat while they set.
  • Add small pearls in the open spaces to bring a bit of shine and dimension.
