Fold your watercolor paper in half to create the card base. Keep the surface clean and dry before painting.
Lightly sketch two hearts about 4–5 cm wide each, leaving space between them for hands to meet in the middle.
Mix red and pink watercolor shades, then paint each heart with a single smooth layer. Then add more pigment around the edges if you want a soft gradient.
Let the hearts dry completely. A paper towel can help lift any puddles to keep the color even.
Use a fine black pen to draw simple faces, tiny arms reaching toward each other, and small legs. Now you can add a little dot for rosy cheeks if you like.
