Cut one pipe cleaner into smaller sections including one for the head, two for the arms, and two for the legs. The head section should be about 2 inches long.
Roll the head piece into a tight spiral, then shape a small ball at the end to form the bear’s head. Twist the remaining part to make a short neck.
Fold and twist the arm and leg pieces onto the body section, bending the ends slightly to look like paws. Then adjust until the proportions look right.
Glue tiny beads for eyes and a small pom-pom for the nose. You can add lace or a ribbon around the neck for a sweet detail.
For extra personality, you can decorate your bear with tiny hats, sequins, or buttons.
