Start by coiling brown pipe cleaners around your finger or a marker to form the bear’s round head. Keep wrapping until you get a thick, plush texture.
Shape two small loops for ears using short pipe cleaner pieces and glue them to the top of the head. Then adjust them so they look symmetrical.
Glue the small black pom-pom at the center for the nose, add bead eyes above it, and attach the white felt oval for the mouth. Now, draw or glue a thin smile line beneath the nose.
For the graduation cap, cut a small black felt square for the top and roll another strip into a band. Glue them together and secure it on top of the bear’s head.
Attach the finished bear head to the top of a wooden stick with hot glue, then tie a ribbon bow just below it. Allow it to cool and set before displaying or gifting.
