- Clean the rain boots thoroughly and drill 2–3 small holes in the bottom of each for drainage. 
- Fill the boots halfway with potting soil, pressing gently to keep them upright. 
- Arrange flowers inside, mixing colors and textures for a natural, overflowing look. 
- Add more soil around the roots until the boots are full and flowers stand firmly in place. 
- Tie ribbons or bows around the tops of the boots for a sweet finishing touch, then place them at your gate, porch, or patio.
