Clean the rain boots thoroughly and drill 2–3 small holes in the bottom of each for drainage.

Fill the boots halfway with potting soil, pressing gently to keep them upright.

Arrange flowers inside, mixing colors and textures for a natural, overflowing look.

Add more soil around the roots until the boots are full and flowers stand firmly in place.

Tie ribbons or bows around the tops of the boots for a sweet finishing touch, then place them at your gate, porch, or patio.
