Use small pipe cleaner pieces to form tiny ears or top knots, and glue them to the top of the head.
Attach two small beads for eyes and shape a gentle curve beneath for the smile.
Twist another pipe cleaner below the head to make the round body, adjusting it for fluffiness.
Add a ribbon bow or small embellishment at the front. If desired, attach a loop or keychain ring so your tiny baby can tag along anywhere.
