Cut six pipe cleaners in half and twist three of them together in the center to form a six-point star base. You need to make sure each arm is evenly spaced.
For each arm, bend smaller pipe cleaner pieces into petal-like loops and twist them around the main spokes. This creates a layered, fluffy snowflake shape.
Add smaller loops or curls between the petals for extra fullness. Don’t worry about perfect symmetry as variation makes it look more natural.
Glue the pearl bead at the center as a finishing touch, holding it in place until secure.
Finally, attach a loop of silver string at the top and let your snowflake sparkle wherever it hangs.
