Start each tulip by twisting two purple pipe cleaners together and rolling them into a slightly oval bud shape. Pinch the top lightly to mimic real petals.
For the stem, twist a green pipe cleaner and insert one end into the base of the bud. Wrap it tightly to secure. Then add a small folded section of green for the leaf.
Repeat until you have a small bouquet of 5–7 tulips. You should adjust the height slightly so the flowers look naturally layered.
Line the inside of the box with tissue paper, fluffing the edges for volume. Next, arrange the tulips and glue them in place if needed.
Finish with a ribbon bow on top, creating a gift that looks like a florist’s masterpiece but carries your handmade touch.
