Start by coiling pink pipe cleaners into a circular base about 4 inches wide. Keep wrapping until the base feels thick and sturdy.
Build the cake body by stacking and gluing additional pink coils on top of the base to create a short cylinder, about 3 inches tall.
Add cream-colored pipe cleaners around the top edge to form a frosting trim. Then twist and shape them to look like piped icing.
For the candle, twist the white pipe cleaner into a straight stick and attach it to the center. You fold the orange and yellow ones together to create a small flame and glue it on top.
