Flatten two coffee filters and layer them together. Fold them slightly to form a flared cone shape for the angel’s dress. Secure the top with a dab of glue.
Take the third coffee filter and fold it in half, then again, to make small wings. Then glue this piece to the back of the dress.
Thread the twine through the wooden bead and tie a knot on top to form a hanging loop. This will be your angel’s head and halo.
Glue the bead on top of the dress. You can add a few strands of twine or yarn for hair, curling them slightly for softness.
Brush gold trim or glitter along the edges of the filters for a gentle shimmer.
