Mist them lightly with water to let the colors spread and mix. Let them dry fully, this is where the magic happens.
Once dry, use a white gel pen or metallic marker to add tiny dots, lines, or swirls for texture.
Arrange the filters in a layered pattern, overlapping slightly to create a cascading look.
Attach each filter to the wooden dowel by either gluing them or punching small holes and threading string through.
Finally, tie a length of yarn to both ends of the dowel for hanging.
