Cut a large ornament shape (about 5 inches in diameter) from white cardstock. Then draw and cut out a smaller inner circle to frame your photo.
Sketch curly light string lines around the ornament using a black marker.
Paint or draw colorful bulbs along the string, alternate colors to make it lively. Let it dry fully.
Glue your child’s photo behind the inner circle opening so their face shows through.
Punch a small hole at the top, thread a ribbon through for hanging, and tie a decorative bow just below the loop.
Add glitter glue accents or mini sequins if you’d like extra sparkle.
