Trace the gingerbread shape onto brown cardstock and cut it out carefully. You can use a printed template or draw it freehand.
Cut your baby’s photo into a neat circle to fit the head area. Glue it on so it looks like your baby’s face is part of the gingerbread body.
Use white paint or a puffy pen to add icing details such as lines on arms, legs, and around the collar.
Glue small sequins or buttons down the center as gumdrop buttons.
Punch a small hole at the top and thread a ribbon through it for hanging. Tie a bow and trim the ends.
