Cut a triangle from cardboard, about 4 inches tall and 4 inches wide at the base.
Glue your child’s photo to the bottom center of the triangle so their face is framed by the “hat.”
Attach red pom-poms along the two sides of the triangle, leaving the bottom edge empty.
Line the bottom with white pom-poms to look like the hat’s fluffy trim.
Add a large white pom-pom to the top point of the triangle.
Glue a piece of string or ribbon to the back for hanging. Let dry, then enjoy your little Santa-style keepsake.
