Set the pumpkins side by side on a step, bench, or garden wall where they’ll be visible.

Glue a small gourd onto each pumpkin as the nose, centering it just below the middle.

Arrange straw or hay around the top of the pumpkin to create long, messy hair, letting it spill over naturally.

Place the witch hats on top, securing them with glue or pins so they don’t blow away.

Attach the striped stockings with witch shoes underneath the pumpkins, adjusting the angle so they look as if the witches are sitting.
