Cut the cinnamon sticks into smaller sections if they aren’t pre-cut. Make sure each piece has a small hollow center for threading.
Measure and cut a length of twine or wire long enough for your garland, leaving extra on both ends for tying.
Start threading alternating pieces of cinnamon stick and red beads onto the twine. Adjust the pattern to your liking, for example, two beads followed by one cinnamon stick.
Push each piece snugly together, but don’t tighten too much; a little space helps the garland hang more naturally.
Once all pieces are strung, tie knots at both ends to secure them. You can add a bow or small greenery sprig for a festive finish.
Drape it across your Christmas tree, fireplace mantel, or stair rail to spread the sweet cinnamon aroma throughout your home.
