Materials

  • 1 wooden frame (8x10 inches or similar)
  • 10-12 Cinnamon sticks in varying lengths
  • Hot glue gun and glue sticks
  • Decorative paper or vintage sheet music for background (cut to frame size)
  • Small star embellishment for the tree topper
  • Dried greenery or faux berries
  • Fabric flower or ribbon bow
  • Scissors

Instructions

  • Cut and arrange the cinnamon sticks in a tree shape, starting with the longest at the bottom and gradually shortening each row toward the top. You should leave a small space at the bottom for the tree trunk.
  • Glue the sticks directly onto the sheet music or decorative paper, adjusting spacing for symmetry.
  • Add a small piece of cinnamon or a short twig at the bottom as the tree trunk. Secure with glue.
  • Attach a star or small ornament at the top for the tree topper.
  • Decorate one corner of the frame with dried greenery, faux berries, or a fabric flower. Then use hot glue to keep them in place.
  • Insert your completed artwork into the frame. You can keep the glass out for a more textured, natural look.
  • Display your piece on a shelf or hang it on the wall to bring that rustic, cinnamon-scented charm to your space.
