• 1 large tree (any sturdy trunk works)
• 10-15 yards of white fabric strips, gauze, or old sheets
• 1 set of large plastic googly eyes (or DIY eyes from cardboard)

• Clips, tape, or push pins

Step-by-step Guide

Step 1: Pick the tree in your yard you want to mummify. A wide trunk works best for visibility.

Step 2: Start wrapping the fabric or gauze around the trunk, leaving some uneven gaps to make it look authentic.

Step 3: Wrap string lights over the fabric, weaving them in and out to add glowing highlights.
