• Fresh or faux greenery sprigs (about 12 pieces)
• Heavy-duty floral wire (16-18 gauge)
• Drill with large bit
• Garden stakes or rods (24” length, 2 pcs)

Step-by-step Guide

Step 1: Drill a deep hole into the center of each log to hold a sturdy garden stake. This will serve as the upright support for your stars.

Step 2: Attach the star frames to the top of the stakes using wire, making sure they sit firmly without wobbling.

Step 3: Weave grapevine or willow branches around the star frame to give it fullness and a rustic texture.

Next, allow some pieces to stick out naturally for a woodland effect.

Step 4: Tuck in small greenery sprigs between the branches, adding depth and color. Then balance them across the frame without overcrowding.

Step 5: Wire pinecones and ornaments randomly into the star, nestling them between branches for a natural scattered look.
