With just scissors, glue, and paper, you can make a Halloween decoration thatβs equal parts creepy and adorable.
Plus, itβs simple enough that even preschoolers can join in with a little help.
Step 1: Cut out a black silhouette of a person (or print one from a template).
Step 2: Cut white paper into strips of varying lengths to serve as bandages.
Step 3: Let kids glue the strips across the silhouette, overlapping and crisscrossing to look like wrappings.
Step 4: Add googly eyes at the top where the mummyβs face would peek out.
Step 5: Allow the craft to dry, then hang it up or add it to a Halloween card.
Tips:
You can use different colored backgrounds (purple, orange, or green) to make the mummies stand out even more.
